The Best and Healthiest Ice Cream Pop You Will Ever Eat

One of the big problems today parents face in keeping their kids healthy is trying to keep sugar away from children.

But the problem is that practically everything they eat is filled with sugar, whether it be soda, candy or ice cream.

And while I can't help with the soda or candy, I wanted to show you how to create an unbelievably tasting ice cream or ice pop substitute that the kids will love and will be great for them at the same time.

First of all, start by putting 2 scoops of Whey Protein mix into a blender. Add to this 2 table spoons of all-natural peanut butter, 4 ounces of organic chocolate milk and 12 ounces of water and blend this for about a minute.

Now, freeze this mix for 3-4 hours to create ice cream or 24 hours to create a great tasting ice pop.

Not only will your kids love it and you'll love it too but it is terrific for them as well...with tons of protein and almost no sugar.
