Mango-Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped mango, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup buttermilk, plain low fat yogurt, almond or rice milk
  • 2 teaspoons mild honey such as clover
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 6 raw almonds
  • 2 ice cubes, if desired

Instructions

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
