Mango-Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped mango, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup buttermilk, plain low fat yogurt, almond or rice milk
- 2 teaspoons mild honey such as clover
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 6 raw almonds
- 2 ice cubes, if desired
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
