Apple Crumble Pie

This is possibly the most delicious thing ever and its surprisingly healthy - the pie bottom and muesli top are quite small meaning its pretty much like a baked apple..

To make crust, combine 100g flour with 1 tsp sugar and 40g light margarine and mix. Gradually add tablespoons of water until it forms a manageable dough, then press the dough into the bottom and sides of a pie dish.

Peel and core 3 apples and slice them, then arrange in pie crust, sprinkling with cinnamon, some raisins and a few cloves.

Mix 35g flour in a bowl with 35g muesli, and then rub in 35g light margarine, cut into small pieces. Then mix in 20g sugar and sprinkle over the apples, before cooking until golden brown.
